We purchased our house in April of this year and because of work had to turn around and sell it in November. She helped us with both transactions and we could not have been in better hands. Kim, returned our texts and calls very promptly and if she didn't have an immediate answer for us she quickly set her heels in the dirt and took off running on her end to find us an answer ASAP. She really knows her stuff. When it came to negotiating she was willing to do what it was we wanted and looked out for our best interest while still giving us her professional opinion as to how the deal should go down.
