Kim was amazing in helping us throughout the buying process. She was quick to respond to emails, texts and calls. She met with us quickly to see a property and was very quick to help with putting in an offer. She always was a shoulder to lean on during closing and worked hard to get us where we needed to be! She also helped us get things included in the sale of the home we didn’t think to ask for!

We owned a nice 2.5 acre waterfront lot in a sub division in the mid coast area of Maine. We decided to sell it after medical issues dictated retiring in another part of the country. We tried several real estate companies and various sales people over several years without success. We reduced the price reflecting prevailing economic conditions with no luck. Kim took over as our realtor after years of trying and turned everything around. She agreed with us that the property was priced fairly and that we simply needed to develop a better marketing plan. She had new aerial photos taken which showed the true appeal of our property. She developed a joint marketing plan with a builder/developer who was able to show what one of his homes would be like on the property. It was Kim’s enthusiasm and creativity that quickly sold the property. She realized that simply listing the property on the multiple listing service website was what others had done and had not been adequate. Thank you Kim for the extra effort.

We worked with Kim McManus of Tim Dunham Realty for about 5 months this year when purchasing a property in Maine. We couldn’t speak highly enough of her - we’ve really appreciated her knowledge of the market, as well as the extensive experience she has shared when viewing various different types of properties. She is incredibly responsive on all of our request and very flexible - making herself available for calls/viewings at often short notice. Kim kept researching properties extensively and being proactive negotiating with seller agents in order to keep the process moving; and was very open to new ideas when we were pursuing different places. There were a few properties we have bid upon, and missed out (due to the state of the market currently) - throughout the process Kim has maintained her optimism and enthusiasm….and in the end, certainly in part through her advice, we ended up with the place we wanted the most all along!!!
