We met Kim by chance at a house showing before we had decided on signing on with any specific realtor. We attempted to sell our home and buy another on our own and found it challenging. When we decided to seek the assistance of a realtor, there was no question we wanted to work with Kim. She walked us through the process, always responded to calls or emails quickly and kept us both calm in a stressful process. Her personality combined with her professionalism are the best you could ask for and we would highly recommend her and will use her in the future should the need arise.

I can't say enough good things about Kim. She was highly knowledgeable about the area of Maine we were searching in and she helped us with every part of the process from searching to buying. She always responded quickly to our emails and knew how to get answers to our questions. I am certain that we would have paid a higher price for our home if not for her advice on negotiations! Kim was very responsive and informative. In the beginning I was very unsure of the type of residence I wanted, duplex or single family home etc, but after viewing a few of each Kim was able to gauge my interests and sent me 1 Condo and we looked at it that day I decided it was the 1 as soon as I walked in pretty much.
