Very responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. We were kept up to date through the entire process of selling our first home. She was very patient with us when we looked at several homes before we decided to build a new house.

Kim is a all around good realtor. She is very prompt in returning phone calls. What related items to the various situations concerning the property Kim would research and find out.

We met Kim by chance at a house showing before we had decided on signing on with any specific realtor. We attempted to sell our home and buy another on our own and found it challenging. When we decided to seek the assistance of a realtor, there was no question we wanted to work with Kim. She walked us through the process, always responded to calls or emails quickly and kept us both calm in a stressful process. I can't say enough good things about Kim. She was highly knowledgeable about the area of Maine we were searching in and she helped us with every part of the process from searching to buying.
