Kim was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She even met us at a piece of land in the pouring rain. She was able to answer all my questions and did everything she could to ensure our land purchase went smoothly.
We worked with Kim McManus of Tim Dunham Realty for about 5 months this year when purchasing a property in Maine. We couldn’t speak highly enough of her - we’ve really appreciated her knowledge of the market, as well as the extensive experience she has shared when viewing various different types of properties. She is incredibly responsive on all of our request and very flexible - making herself available for calls/viewings at often short notice. Kim kept researching properties extensively and being proactive negotiating with seller agents in order to keep the process moving; and was very open to new ideas when we were pursuing different places. There were a few properties we have bid upon, and missed out (due to the state of the market currently) - throughout the process Kim has maintained her optimism and enthusiasm….and in the end, certainly in part through her advice, we ended up with the place we wanted the most all along!!!

Kim did not give up on trying to sell my parents house even when we were ready to throw in the towel. The house sold vs going thru a short sale or thru foreclosure. For that we are very grateful for.

Remaining cool during negotiations establishes reasonable attainable expectations and keeps the process as stress free as possible. Never pushy or aggressive, she manages to make her position very clear in a respectful and forceful manner. A great sense of humor is a decided bonus Altogether, it was an extremely positive experience with a great outcome.
Kim was great the whole way through the home buying process! When we hit bumps in the road when there weren't many houses on the market she looked everywhere and found the perfect home in a family friendly area for us. We had to change our financing type in the middle of the sale and Kim was quick to speak to the sellers and make sure our offer stood out; she even took a cut in her commission to get the numbers right. We met Kim in February 2020. We were in Maine for the week, from Texas, looking for property for a winter Camp. We did no preplanning, had no clue about the area and had not agreed on what we were looking for. We are a real estate agents "bad Saturday". Not only did Kim happily agree to show us property, she showed up with a smile and enthusiasm. We did not buy that property, fast forward a month. Kim notified us out of the blue that she found a little piece of land, great location and in our very minimal price range, meaning she wouldn't make much off of us therefore she was doing this for us, not just her wallet. Kim took care of everything for us, to include video calls so I could see the property in real time since we couldn't be there to inspect the property ourselves. I am writing this review well over a year after l bought my property. I can tell you l own land in Kansas and Texas as well and l have had at least 7 different agents in the past 10 years. Kim McManus is the only 1 l remember. She waded thru snow over a foot deep to show us property because that's what we had on our visit. When we didn't find what we wanted, she kept looking and found us a deal months later and we closed over the internet and by mail. HARDEST WORKING AGENT I KNOW!!!

Kim helped us purchase a new home in the Lewiston area. We moved into the area and didn't know much about central ME. Kim was great talking us through different areas, what was in the surrounding area, and pros/cons of all of the different towns in ME. Before we moved to ME, Kim organized about 10 showings in 1 day for me as I only had that day to look a potential places to purchase before making the move.
