Kim was great at both buying our new home and selling old home. She did such a great job staging and with the photography that our house sold in under a week. Finding a home to buy in the midst of corona virus was difficult. We much have seen 30 homes and Kim never put any pressure on us. I can't say enough about Kim and her team. I needed to sell a relative's house and live over an hour away. I was dreading the process but Kim made it painless. My home was sold in a short sale which can be terribly daunting , but she was able to get everything processed within five months time. Kim is a wonderful real estate agent! She was able to list my house at fair price and find a buyer in a very short time. She was able to work around some difficult tenants that were currently living in the house to get it shown despite their limitations. The actual closing took a few months to complete due to various repairs for the town zoning and the buyers inspection results. I had made improvements to the house that changed zoning so I had to remove part of the kitchen in the basement and my septic was under-sized for the number of bedrooms. Kim was very helpful getting quotes for the septic and contacting the town for the final sign offs. I also had a refrigerator that died in the middle of that contract that she was also very helpful in locating replacement. I was most impressed with her big save when we were days away from closing and the buyers lost their financing. Kim was instrumental with her valuable financial contacts to help locate another bank to finance the deal. We were able to close at the next 10 days! I'm so glad I had such a responsive caring agent on my side to guide me through all these difficulties.
