First, to help us find our home and then to sell the same home. She went above and beyond both times . When Kim had to sell our home , she was so involved in every aspect of the sale ; from staging our home,to getting professional photos of our place, setting up an open house and then getting a higher price than anyone expected. Since this was a long distance move and I could not be in CT for all of the many TO DOs, Kim went out of her way to help me out. Kim Kendall is a fantastic realtor. Whether it’s selling, buying or renting her knowledge is superior. The second you are done speaking with her she is already getting your process rolling. Her communication skills allow her to get out in front of issues and get your place top dollar. Her negotiation skills make it easier to come up with a favorable price. Her market knowledge allows her to set a solid base of where the deal should be. She is very thorough with the preparation of your sale by pointing out things that can help move the unit faster. And if there are things that need attention, she has the network to get someone in there immediately. She keeps in touch multiple times weekly to supply new information. During this process you will basically just sit back and let her do her thing. I would highly recommend using her. We have used her multiple times.

Kim is the absolute best at what she does. Strong negotiator, comprehensive knowledge of all home building aspects and inspection needs, has great referrals for anything you may need along the way, and does it all with a friendly and supportive attitude. Additionally, she has a background in design and brings her expertise there as well. We have had a very long and arduous home buying process over several years as our parameters were tight. Kim was patient and understanding through several difficult situations. She is a true professional and a kind person as well. Highly recommend!
