Kim did a fabulous job marketing our home and always promptly responded to any questions or calls. The only reason I did not give her 5 stars is she represented both us..the seller as well as the buyer and feel she favored the buyer especially at closing were her communication was minimal. Additionally, in all past home sales the realtor -especially when they are getting the full commission -have always shown their appreciation by a small token thank you gift or even a note. Kim did neither of these things.
It was fortunate that I found Kim online. When I saw her photo, I liked her picture, her smile. As it turned out, I could not have asked for a better person!
