To any who may read this who are wondering if Kim is the Realtor for you to sell your home, I say ABSOLUTELY YES!!!! Here's why: 1. Kim knows the market very well and has excellent instincts. She constantly keeps a watch on what's going on in the market and an eye on our competition. She's extremely active in Real Estate and not "part time" like some other Realtors. 2. Kim has a lot of ideas and expertise in how to sell a home. While my house was on the market, as we would observe little bumps in the road, Kim would share with me things that she's done in the past to overcome obstacles she's encountered. I was convinced that no matter what this crazy market threw us, Kim was ready for anything. 3. Excellent responsiveness and keeping in touch when I had questions. Also tremendous with prospective clients (she didn't let anyone slip through her fingers, but wasn't oppressive or annoying). 4. If I could, I would give Kim a 10+ stars for negotiation. Kim is a "Class A" negotiator. When my buyer made an offer in the dirt, Kim worked her magic and got them back to a reasonable price. Long story short, if had I chosen Kim in the summer of 2018 to sell my home instead of another Realtor, I would be at least $50 - $100K richer right now. To top it all off, Kim has a ton of networking contacts for painting, cleanup, etc. at reasonable prices and I didn't have to go hunting to get a painter and helpers to get my house in shape. Last but not least - She's a terrific lady, very kind, friendly and energetic. You will love her as all of us do who have worked with her. Why do you think she has so many 5 star reviews??
We used Kim as a buying broker and she is awesome. Once we decided on a house, she did nearly everything. We needed to do an inspection quickly, and while we were on vacation, she was at the house for 4 hours as the inspector did his work. She then went through the report and highlighted what she thought was essential that we have the sellers fix. Since I was coming from NYC, I didn't know much about what's important in a house. And she was a bulldog in getting the seller to get those things done and provide receipts. She was always super quick to respond, I would highly recommend her, and I will be using her whenever I move next.
