From the initial impression in meeting her, the manner in which she coordinated the necessary services i.e. Photographer, Open House, Real Estate contacts, recommendations, and communication with the Buyer’s Agent, it was immediately apparent that was an expert in her field. Our home was placed on the market at the beginning of the Fall, a time of the year when selling a home is difficult. Yet our home was sold in 5 weeks! At the price we wanted! We can’t thank Ms. Kim Kendall & her entire staff enough for holding our hands during this special, yet potentially anxiety laden process!

After going with me to view what seemed like a million houses and putting offers in on multiple properties, she was always patient and understanding for my ridiculous questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the house, from the guts to the aesthetics. Kim also responded very quickly to my phone calls and emails and made things easy to understand. I can honestly say without Kim Kendall our house would still be on the market. The Kendall Group took our listing on when our original realtor failed to get an offer after 3 months. She is extremely hands on, knowledgeable and follows through with every detail of a listing. She advised us to stage our home, held weekly open houses, left brochures at every viewing; complete with pictures and building specs for potential buyers. We had multiple offers and sold our home 8 weeks after listing it. My only regret is that we did not use the Kendall Group from the beginning. Kim and her team work very hard on behalf of their clients and we are very grateful to be one of them!

Kim Kendall is an honest, responsive, and experienced realtor who helped me quickly sell my mother's condo when I lived almost 2 hours away. After screening many potential realtors over the internet and by phone, I interviewed 3 in person, and I could not be happier for having selected Kim. Our home sale was a government relocation. It wasn’t easy because Kim had to work hard with the relocation company to make sure all the proper steps were being taken and all the correct paperwork was being completed. This gave Kim a lot of extra work but she nailed down and did it without issue. She went above an beyond what would be expedited and she was amazing throughout the process. There were some buyers who came to the first open house but decided they weren’t a match for our home because they lived too far away. Kim kept in contact with their agent and eventually was able to get them to reconsider. She did all this behind the scenes, right when we were giving up hope, and then surprised us with a full price offer! Kim is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her and her team to everyone!
