She helped us to present our house in the best possible way, and then sent a phenomenal photographer to capture that. She kept us informed throughout the process -- we always knew what was going on and how long it would take. I've honestly never thought a real estate agent could be as helpful, hardworking, and responsive as Kim was in our search for a home. From our first conversation, it was clear how client-focused she was. She was incredibly responsive throughout our entire process. She even did virtual walkthroughs of homes for us because we were fairly far away and it was hard to come to showings in person. Her attention to detail in every respect was great. Kim was a tough negotiator and a strong advocate for me from the beginning of our search through the closing. She was honest with us about the good and the bad about every house we saw. Whenever we needed information about something she couldn't answer right away, she would quickly research it for us and get us a response. I can't recommend Kim enough as a broker. And if I ever am in need of another broker in the area, I wouldn't hesitate at all to work with her again.

Kim's group went above and beyond in every way. This is the fourth home my wife and I have bought in the last 10 years, and we have never worked with a real estate agent we've like enough to use twice or recommend. I 100 percent would recommend them to anyone who asked... but hope to not have to use them again, as we have truly found a dream home (saying a lot coming from serial movers!). When we met Kim and Raf, we had our home under contract and needed a place to go. We gave them a laundry list of wants and needs in a hot market and only a couple weeks... and they somehow managed to get us exactly what we wanted. Kim was on vacation when we started, but still involved herself in our conversation. Truly devoted. Never once did we wait impatiently for a call or text back-- they were always responsive and ready to make appointments on short notice-- even when it meant turning around and heading back out to meet us twice in one day. When we found the home of our dreams, we knew there was a lot of other interest and they got right on writing up an offer and gave us great advice on how to make it attractive. We competed with multiple offers and learned that a couple more came in the next day-- but we got the house. I can confidently say none of this would have been possible with another team.
It was quite the journey for us and Kim was there every step of the way. Kim took into account our current and future needs which led us to our forever home. No matter what unforeseen issue popped up, Kim always remained positive, was creative in her solutions and always communicated with us so we never felt out of the loop. Kim and her team put our interests first and it really showed. She is the consummate professional and I would recommend her 1000x over.
