I am very happy to say that Kim had to be the best realtor I ever had the pleasure to work with. From start to finish, she was always right there and extremely competent. At the beginning, she saw my property which needed work. She was quick to provide me with a list of contractors. When I called them and told them that Kim sent me, they were in my house and doing work within a week at reasonable rates. She provided useful advice regarding what work should be done and what work would not provide a reasonable return. She advised on what amount to list the property at. Once listed, she open houses scheduled starting the following day. I received an offer in less than a week for $15K over ask. During the following process, she was great in dealing with the new buyers keeping them excited and eager to buy. Whenever I called her, whether it be at night or on a holiday weekend, she was always quick to return calls and happy to deal with whatever issue I had right away even when it could easily have waited for the following day. My wife, who is a signing agent, is not easy to impress but she had to say to remark that she was very impressed by the high quality of service that I was receiving from Kim. My brother, a retired bank president, echoed the same sentiments.

I met Kim years ago through mutual friends and knew that I would use her to help me buy my new home in Danbury. Kim saw us through multiple offers and inspections and was extremely patient. I cannot possibly write a review that does justice to how much we enjoyed working with Kim to sell our house quickly and for a great price. She went above and beyond in every aspect. As we were getting close to listing our home, Kim provided valuable feedback so we were able to make some last minute updates that helped raise our asking price to above where we were hoping to end up. I was hesitant to use these services, but am now glad that I did. They were all the best at what they do and made a huge difference. If it weren’t for her knowledge of the local market and great local contacts I don’t believe we would have been able to sell for nearly what we did.
