I'm so happy I went through this homebuying process with Kim. She is knowledgeable, patient and up to speed on all things housing market. After many offers in a wild housing market, I had an offer accepted on a home I didn't believe I had a strong offer on. But thanks to Kim's great negotiating skills, my offer was accepted and our family is moved and and thrilled with out new home.
