While having a successful career selling & trading Foreign Exchange for top Wall Street firms, I pursued my true passion by attending a real estate broker licensing course at New York University. Upon receiving my real estate broker’s license I opened my real estate agency. Shortly afterward, business flourished, and I was able to resign from my full-time position on Wall Street. SELLING HOMES is HIS business

Kevin, found me, contacted me and focused on selling my home. He is an aggressive (in a good way) professional who knows the changing Long Island market. I had interviewed six agents found them all eager to list the property but lacking the use of multiple strategies and focus to bring potential buyers to the door. Once listed, his professional experience and guidance through staging and negotiations were invaluable. Once under contract I was remote from the property and needed someone to be at the home. On one occasion Kevin arranged for one of his colleagues to wait for and admit a service technician. On another occasion Kevin himself went to the home to check on the home after an intense storm. Kevin communication was prompt, amiable, understanding, polite and clear. He has an extensive network of home-sale resources to share. He can provide alternatives to problematic situations and help to resolve them. He has the seller's best interest throughout the process.
