The marketing was fantastic. Market price was on point. We had multiple offers in the first few days, well over asking price. It was a seamless transaction and Joe helped make a very stressful time in our lives bearable. Above all, Joe is just a super nice guy and really easy to work with. He knows the housing market really well and I will use him again should I ever need to sell/buy again.
