I was raised in Commack, attended grades K through 12, and graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance. While building a successful career trading foreign exchange for top Wall Street firms, I pursued my true passion by attending a real estate broker licensing course at New York University. After receiving my broker's license, I opened my own agency. Business grew quickly, and I resigned from my full-time position on Wall Street to focus on real estate. In 1996, I founded Leatherman Homes. Since then, I have closed over 1,100 transactions across Nassau County and beyond. My education and work experience in the financial markets gave me the skills to read market value and understand its fluctuations. I use those same skills today for pricing strategy, getting my clients the best attainable price in the shortest time with the least inconvenience. As a lifelong resident of Long Island, I am well-versed in brokering deals with buyers and sellers across Nassau County, from the Gold Coast communities of the North Shore to the South Shore communities fronting the Atlantic Ocean. I also bring a strong familiarity with Western Suffolk County and Eastern Queens. I specialize in co-op and condo transactions, an area that demands a different level of expertise than single-family sales.
