Hard to put into so few words how positive our experience was buying a home with Ellen! She was phenomenal, truly. Direct, timely, had tons of ideas and always had the right questions to ask on our behalf. If anything she came up she was available at any hour to help out. Russ did a tremendous job throughout the process of selling our home and his strategy of how to properly price our home led to multiple offers well above asking and we eventually accepted and offer above our initial hope when the process started.
