If we had questions or concerns (which there were many) if he didn’t answer when I called I immediately got a text message from him. He was ALWAYS available to speak with us and truly is such an amazing person because he is personable, reliable, smart, and will go the extra mile to ensure all needs/wants/concerns are met. We’ve dealt with many realtors in the past not only for ourselves but when my sister was looking for her forever home, we experienced what she experienced, and we absolutely played close attention to the realtor and immediately realized how important it is to have a realtor that actually listens to you, but not only listens, actually hears what you are saying. You made this process seem-less which was so important to us, especially after losing his mother, who was the rock to our family.
