My wife and I had the pleasure of having Kelly representing us when buying a property in Blairsville, GA recently. Some background, we live overseas and when we enquired about the property Kelly was the Seller's agent. We were so impressed with the way she handled our initial questions and facilitated communication between us and the Sellers that we decided to appoint her as our agent as well! As you can imagine it was quite nerve wrecking to be thousands of miles away whilst all of this was happening but thankfully it turned out to be a case of never fear when Kelly’s near. She ended up balancing both parties' needs with great skill and helped both sides to find compromise. She was very responsive to queries and the consummate professional throughout the process.
