If you are looking to buy or sell a home in this area, Kelly is your go to person. Especially, if you are looking for a lake front home. She knows the ins and outs of TVA boat dock regulations and all other details you may have overlooked or do not know. She grew up and lived in this area her entire life. She advised me about pricing and the house sold in 13 days at over the Zillow estimate. While the house was unoccupied, she got claeners in and contractors to do minor repairs and a little painting to make the property sparkle. She also got a landscaper to do a some yard maintenance. I can’t recommend her enough. She answers the phone quickly and even gave me a little good legal advice.
