Kelly Shuler deserves 10 stars. Kelly was informative about everything we needed to know from the beginning to the end. She is very thorough and professional with a great deal of kindness. She made herself available anytime we had a question or concern, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She answered questions about every aspect involved in the selling of our home. Kelly has a great deal of knowledge about real estate and how it works. We always knew we were in good and wise hands with her. She gave tips and advise on situations that we had no idea how to handle. Yet, she never told us what to do or what to decide, instead she gave us HONEST information that helped us make our own decisions. Kelly sold our house in a very short time, at a price we were happy with. Kelly was great through out this whole process, and we thank God we found her. As we were out of state buyers, we needed somebody who could be our eyes so to speak. And Melanie was just that! Once we found our home, the transaction was not easy as there were quite a few issues after the inspection. Melanie is a great intermediary, and we truly were very happy that by working with the sellers agent got all of our issues resolved in a timely manner. Claire is very knowledge about the real estate in the area. She was always willing to work around our schedule since we were coming from out of state. Even after the final sale date she was still working with us on some final items in our new home. This was by far the best experience we had in purchasing a home.
