Blue Ridge is a rapidly changing market with a lot of aggressive outsiders moving in who do not understand that its still a culturally closed area in many ways. You need someone who can deal politely and professionally with the entitled asshats if you're buying or selling here because unfortunately, thats now the dominant demographic. Julie has a rare combination of local expertise and connections, old fashioned integrity in her actions, fast thinking and kick ass negotiation skills that can handle any curve ball. Im a retired stock broker who has worked with many high dollar people across a multitude of fields and Julie is one of the most outstanding professionals I've dealt with.
