The first time we met Kelly, we knew after 10 minutes that she was the realtor for us. She is professional, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable of her market. In a buyers market, getting your home sold can be a tedious process. Our buyer was rather demanding but Kelly was there for us every step of the way. We definitely will be calling Kelly for any future real estate listings.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded immediately and was very supportive and knowledgeable about the market. Since we were new to the area she gave us contacts for Painters, Plumbers etc. anything and everything we needed was taken care of quickly. I can really not say enough - if you are new to the area she is the best realtor in this market.

We have worked with a number of Realtors when selling and purchasing homes. We highly recommend Kelly. She is very personable, is always available and responded to our every concern or inquiry. She is an upfront realtor that gives you all the information you need to make informed decisions. We listed with Kelly on 11/24/2025, received 132 views the first day, with 7 saves. By day 5 of listing, our home received 578 views with 17 saves. We were under contract on 12/5/2025, 11 days after listing with Kelly. We closed 49 days later, 1/23/2026. IF YOU ARE READY TO SELL YOUR HOME? List with Kelly.

We were able to run a smooth transaction, due to Kendra’s patience and knowledge. We have been working with Kendra for a very long time and she always has the same patience for every appointment. If you are searching for an amazing agent in this territory; Kendra is that person.

I was very pleased with Miss Kendra. She was professional, kind and attentive to my questions, concerns and needs throughout the whole process. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor. She is a wonderful person to get to know and I really enjoyed getting to know her.

Words cannot explain how much Kendra made us understand the value of having a good realtor! We travelled 3 separate times from our home in Florida to meet with Kendra. We saw over 15 houses and spent 3 full days traveling with her from house to house. From day one, she made us feel like we've known her forever! Even when one of our original offers fell through, she still made herself available to us upon request. We finally found the house of our dreams and Kendra spent many days getting everything setup and scheduled for us. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the homes, the area as well as any services and contractors you may need. To have her sitting right next to us during the closing made it that much more special literally from beginning to end. We will forever be grateful to her for all her help!

We had a great experience with the Melanie Bauer, she was very responsive, always willing to help and always alert to our needs. She exceed our expectations. we are very happy with our purchase.

We bought a new log home in Murphy. Talked to Melanie about selling and moving. She said that what you want is not in Murphy it is in Hayesville. The next day she had a new house for us to look at. We went in and loved it there is so much more to do in Hayesville . We then had here sell our log home in Murphy. She sold that house in 2 weeks. She is a great realtor.
