We were so impressed with Kelly with the sale of property that we purchased that we also used her to sell our townhouse. After meeting with Kelly at our home and following her tips to sell our home we did so and had a contract in a week. She definitely has the knowledge to get a house sold. I was most impressed by her willingness to look out for our best interest which is hard to find these days. I would certainly recommend Kelly and would use her again in any future real estate transactions.

I cannot say enough about Kelly! She is the best in so many ways and goes above and beyond for her clients. A friend recommended her to us and we’ve worked with her on multiple transactions (both on the buying and selling side) a number of times since then. She is super communicative, makes herself available (way more than I could have even asked for), is unbelievably proactive, and knows realty to a T. Kelly held our hand throughout the entire sale and purchase of our new home. She was very organized and always made sure that we were in communication with her about every detail that was needed to be known. She worked hard to market our home to sell fast and she did it well! Then, she helped us purchase our new construction home and was able to guide us in areas to upgrade or not based off the average construction cost in our area so we could save the $ and do things on our own. She has a wide variety of contacts that include contractors in every field and designers to work with when you are looking to remodel a new home purchase. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we are very grateful that we chose Kelly with Dreamworks for our sale and purchase on our forever home!

Kelly did an absolute awesome job for me. She was more concerned with me finding some thing that I was happy with then just making the sale. When I did finally decide on something she actually went to bat for me on issues with the place that I didn’t even notice to get it right before the sale. I have already recommended her to several people and she will be the first person I go to if needed if I decide to move.
