We were so impressed with Kelly with the sale of property that we purchased that we also used her to sell our townhouse. After meeting with Kelly at our home and following her tips to sell our home we did so and had a contract in a week. She definitely has the knowledge to get a house sold. The real estate market is up and down and now realtors are fortunate to be working in a hot market. 11 years ago, the market was a disaster. You can see the greed in many realtors but not Kelly. She is in it for the long term and wants to insure her customers are happy and satisfied. Kelly, listened to what our needs were. She found homes, that matched what we were looking for. Since we were relocating, and houses were moving fast, she scheduled appointments for us to look at all the homes on the same day, this was so helpful!! We looked at 5 homes, then put in an offer for the second one we looked at. It was a perfect fit, and Kelly did not mind that we looked at the remaining homes on her list prior to confirming the second home we looked at was the "ONE". We were preapproved prior to looking, but Kelly was able to get us a better deal with her lender and we went with them. Kelly also got us a better deal on the homeowners insurance. She was extremely helpful, she meet with the inspectors for us, and kept us informed on the process and what was happening. I will definitely recommend her and her Team to family and friends.
