I would give six stars to Kelly if I could. He went above and beyond to make our process of buying a home as smooth as possible. Though he is based in the East Bay, when our situation changed, and we started looking in Benicia, he was more than willing to travel farther, do more research and show us homes at the drop of a hat. He was super patient with a couple that initially had very different views of what 'THE HOUSE' might be. I would recommend him to anyone.

We relocated to Lamorinda in 2020, during the pandemic and amid a real estate market frenzy. We were not familiar with the housing stock nor the differences among the neighborhoods. Kelly was a godsend, a guide, and he never let us feel that we were driving him bananas with all of our questions. He helped us secure a rental home before we'd even set foot in town, then once we were in place, he spent several months educating us about the market so when we found a home we loved, we were ready with a competitive purchase offer. We worked with Kelly to find a home in Walnut Creek during the height of the 2021 housing craze. After touring many homes and putting in a couple offers (against 15+ other bidders each time), we found the home we really wanted. Kelly recommended the perfect offer price that wound up being just barely higher than the rest, and he also coached us in writing a proper letter for the sellers about our family and everything we loved about the house. He got us the home and was overall a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and made time for us whenever we wanted to go tour houses.
