We relocated to Lamorinda in 2020, during the pandemic and amid a real estate market frenzy. We were not familiar with the housing stock nor the differences among the neighborhoods. Kelly helped me to help my daughter find a home that her family could afford to purchase. I never thought she was going to be a homeowner.
