Kayla worked with us for over a year as we prepared our property for sale, with no guarantee we’d use her as our listing agent. Of course we did, as she’s phenomenal! Our property was a restored mountain home with acreage on the river, and she marketed it wonderfully, highlighting what made it so special. Kayla is very knowledgeable regarding county laws, septic systems, wells, and mountain homes in general. We had other realtors asking to represent us, but we preferred Kayla’s knowledge level and that she was local to our property. Our buyers were from out of state, and she handled the complicated transaction seamlessly. We highly recommend Kayla and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!

Our experience overall with Kayla was great! I do feel like we could have gotten a little more $ for the sale of the home, as we were under contract in 5 days. But it was nice just having one showing/ one offer. I think the photographer she uses did a fantastic job, and her marketing skills were excellent. Her communication was great also. I would recommend her to other sellers!
