Kay and her team recently guided me through my first home buying experience. As it was my first time working with a realtor, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Kay and her team were vey professional and helped me to understand and complete each step. Kay herself is very personable and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. She was the only team member that I worked with in person, but I coordinated with several others via email to fill out paperwork and everyone was very responsive and helpful. Although I bought my home from Kay, I did not employ her company, my landlord, who was selling my unit did, and I felt that Kay treated me the same way she would have if I had employed her team. She advocated for me and celebrated my closing with a large gift basket. She also shared with me the names of reputable companies to work with for estimates and contractors. When I had questions about my home inspection, my HOA, my HVAC, she took care of them immediately. I saw the before and after her team did when she remodeled the unit across the hall from me and it looked amazing, like an entirely new place! If I am fortunate enough to buy a home in the area again I will definitely call Kay and will recommend her to anyone else I know as well!
