Katie helped us not only buy our house 2 years ago but turned around and helped us put it back on the market (we had to relocate due to work). We originally didn’t have much interest in our house on paper, but Katie knew the area and politely nudged us to take a look in person. The house and the neighborhood were both better than any other house we had requested to tour. We purchased the house with a VA loan and Katie helped us navigate every step of the way and had us well prepared. Her wealth of knowledge is why we contacted her to help us sell the house. She went the extra mile to get a quote from a roofing company and an insurance company to have ready prior to accepting bids so negotiating our sale was quick and easy. We put our house up and closed 1 month later. The minute we closed on the house we had money wired to account as the closing company we used was also recommended to us from Katie. I’ve heard real estate horror stories but all I can talk about is how easy our process was both times.
