Both Kathy and Terry worked with us with utmost patience and constant guidance for the sale of our home. We changed our minds several times over the course of two years to sell the house. To say there were roadblocks along the way is an understatement. Kathy and Terry's sense of strategy, their knowledge of the local market, savvy in identifying many contractors who were needed along the way to do a variety of things, their enthusiasm for their work, good humor, constant communication, and their sage advice which seemed to be needed very frequently all resulted in a rapid sale, particularly in light of market conditions with higher interest rates throwing curve balls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Sullivan team----Kathy and Terry are truly outstanding!
