I couldn't have asked for a better prepared realtor team! The house was left as part of an estate for which I was the estate Administrator. To say there were roadblocks along the way is an understatement. Kathy and Terry's sense of strategy, their knowledge of the local market, savvy in identifying many contractors who were needed along the way to do a variety of things, their enthusiasm for their work, good humor, constant communication, and their sage advice which seemed to be needed very frequently all resulted in a rapid sale, particularly in light of market conditions with higher interest rates throwing curve balls.
