Kathy and Terry met with the building inspector and did a thorough search of the outstanding issues to get us all of the necessary answers to move forward. In selling our home Kathy and Terry presented a detailed marketing plan, advised us on staging for maximum interest and included a full photography shoot and drone footage. I would highly recommend Kathy and Terry Sullivan to sell any home on the planet. Terrance was gracious enough to point out a few issues that could be addressed to ensure a higher price, which he helped do! Kathy with her eye for decorating made a few suggestions that made the floor plan flow superbly. The Sullivans have their own Army in place to get thing's done such as closing attorneys, smoke alarm installation and inspections. I was especially impressed with their current knowledge of all the changing laws in the Real Estate business.

They've not only taught me what to stay away from when looking for houses but also what to look out for and pay attention to. They were patient, explained to me the entire buying process and got us into a home within 30 days from start of the search to closing date! I couldn't recommend both of them enough!
