I would highly recommend Kathy and Terry Sullivan to sell any home on the planet. Terrance was gracious enough to point out a few issues that could be addressed to ensure a higher price, which he helped do! Kathy with her eye for decorating made a few suggestions that made the floor plan flow superbly. The Sullivans have their own Army in place to get thing's done such as closing attorneys, smoke alarm installation and inspections. I was especially impressed with their current knowledge of all the changing laws in the Real Estate business.
