CRS accreditation is an education and experience based national designation through the National Association of Realtors. When purchasing or selling a property, having agents represent you that have expertise and experience is imperative. Kathy and Terry Sullivan have market knowledge, negotiation abilities, and professionalism above any other agent I’ve worked with. I was selling a home on behalf of a family member that needed emergency placement in a facility. I live four hours away, out of state. Before the home could go on the market, it needed some remodeling (carpet removed, hardwood floors installed, wallpaper removed, painting, general repairs, etc). I had no idea how I could possibly handle this, but Kathy and Terry recommended trustworthy contractors and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled correctly when I could not be there. Kathy and Terry Sullivan are excellent brokers, and in my personal opinion the best brokers on the North shore. I’ve done three real estate transactions with them in the last 4 years. This review is long overdue, but thanks to Kathy and Terry we have been very busy with our new home!
