Kathy and Terry's sense of strategy, their knowledge of the local market, savvy in identifying many contractors who were needed along the way to do a variety of things, their enthusiasm for their work, good humor, constant communication, and their sage advice which seemed to be needed very frequently all resulted in a rapid sale, particularly in light of market conditions with higher interest rates throwing curve balls.
