I couldn't have asked for a better prepared realtor! The house was left as part of an estate for which I was the estate Administrator. To say there were roadblocks along the way is an understatement. Kathy's sense of strategy, her knowledge of the local market, her savvy in identifying many contractors who were needed along the way to do a variety of things, her enthusiasm for her work, her good humor, her constant communication, and her sage advice which seemed to be needed very frequently all resulted in a rapid sale, particularly in light of market conditions with higher interest rates throwing curve balls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her ----she and her husband Terry are truly outstanding.
