I was not aware of how many things needed to happen - how many stars to align - when purchasing and selling a house. Kate coordinated so many items across dozens of people to make sure everything fell into place. Her guidance led us to purchasing a new home for tens of thousands less than listing and selling our current home for tens of thousands over asking price (probably due to the amazing pictures and staging she handled). Not a bad deal! In addition to all that help, she continuously set our expectations along the way and checked in regularly making sure we were comfortable with whatever direction we wanted to head. Overall, an amazing experience and I'll be recommending her to everyone I know in the market.

Kate was so amazing to work with and made our first home buying process feel easy & seamless. She’s very knowledgeable and provided great insight/tips when it came time to submit a competitive offer which was accepted (our first & only offer too)! Every set of documents we received leading up to the closing date was explained by her which helped us feel less overwhelmed by the whole process. She’s very organized and thorough with everything.
