I'm Karin Robison, and I've been around the block (pun intended) hundreds of times
in the sales arena, managed new construction projects and subdivisions, big and
small, and directed a national lender's Midwest REO department (bank-owned
properties), where my department sold and closed up to a record-breaking 1,000
homes per month.
But my role counseling clients from first meeting to closing and beyond is my
passion. Every day brings a new situation, and years of experience have taught me
how to get past challenges, as well as when to seek guidance. With the amount of
variables in any transaction, my primary role is to preemptively and effectively
counsel my clients before any decisions need to be made or negotiations begin.
With years of experience as a listing agent of bank-owned properties, my local
knowledge extends from the Chicago northern suburbs and SE Wisconsin areas, and now to Florida on the Sunshine Coast. Construction management experience
continues to be a great asset in helping clients weigh their options regarding repair
and renovation costs on both the purchase and listing sides.
Most importantly though, working with so many different people and their unique
situations has taught me to talk less and listen more. We go over all the options as
we move through the process, and my clients make informed decisions after the
various possible outcomes are considered.
