I would recommend Karen Sneed as a listing realtor to anyone in South Florida. The moment I contacted her she came over to the house and pitched in to help me clean and rearrange furniture. As we worked through the sale process of my aunt’s estate, she helped me navigate through many difficult hurdles in meeting the requirements of a very complicated will with 30 heirs and 14 charities. She found us an excellent real estate attorney who was able to walk us through the many steps of probate court approvals.

Karen helped my wife and I sell our home within 40 days of posting, with minimum worries involved. She was an extremely knowledgeable agent to work with, as she sat down with my wife and myself and explained the current housing market and what we should expect from our sale. We were a bit apprehensive about moving on since we were first time home sellers, but overall, I'm glad we went through with the sale and that Karen was there to guide us. I cannot give her enough praise! She was available at all times of the day (Karen do you sleep - haha!) and updated us throughout the entire process. I am incredibly thankful of Karen's aid and honestly, we could not have sold our home so effortlessly without her!
