I honestly have no clue where to even start! My extended family used Keller Williams Capital Partners and introduced my family to them! 10/10 can’t even explain how amazing these people are. They helped us buy our house in Columbus in 2020 at the beginning of COVID. We worked with Bree (who doesn’t work with this group anymore) and she was amazing. Karen never stopped being in contact with my family even 2 years after we bought our house. When we had the opportunity to sell our Reynoldsburg house and move back to my hometown it was a no brainer on who we would use. The entire team helped us get our house ready and on the market IN 2 WEEKS. Our house was in contract within 2 days being active. Karen was who we talked to daily pretty much because we had a ton of questions I think we had 6-10 offers on our house and she had a wonderful spreadsheet for us to look at! She got this together beautifully. Jamie was amazing and so sweet when we talked to her, and when they had our open house they made sure to keep the house nice and clean and had booties for peoples shoes. We honestly CAN NOT say anything bad about these three wonderful people. We also can’t thank them enough for everything and I literally mean everything they did for us! ♥️ Thank you all ♥️

Karen Smith is the best! 2022 is a tough market for buyers, and without Karen's advice and support, we could not have found our dream home. She is responsive, honest, and patient- the best traits of a phenomenal real estate agent. Karen is also extremely knowledgeable about the central Ohio housing market and local school districts. She was flexible in accommodating showings around our work schedules and leveraged her experience and connections to help us get additional insights into potential properties. On multiple occasions, Karen went far above and beyond the call of duty to assist us, even driving in a snow storm to give us our mailbox key after closing and offering helpful interior design tips. What should have been a stressful home-buying experience in a market with fluctuating interest rates and demand far exceeding supply, Karen's humor and sunny disposition made the process seem a lot less overwhelming, as she clearly had our best interests in mind. We will continue to recommend Karen to our family and friends.
