If we wanted to see a house she did not hesitate she got us in right away and had knowledge about the home before we went to look at it. Her character is amazing she always put us to ease didn’t make us feel rushed, but also told us where other buyers and sellers stood on time sensitive subjects. Kalyn is truly amazing at her job! Kalyn worked with my husband and I for about a year. Our budget was not very big but Kalyn never made us feel ashamed by that. She was so patient with us going to over 30+ houses. We never felt like we were bothering her. She was very supportive. Also, she was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of things that we would’ve never noticed. Being an out of state buyer, Kalyn is amazing when it comes to communication and knowledge of the market. She knows all things regarding real estate, referrals and contact information for inspections, contractors and anyone else needed to get a home bought and sold. I couldn't imagine trying to make such a large purchase with anyone else. Although my new home closed a few weeks ago she is still offering her knowledge and contacts to help with my move in. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime and she is by far the best, not to mention her bubbly personality and amazing smile!
