She made sure to keep an eye out on houses that had the features we preferred. She would send them to us, so we could take a look and she did a fantastic job listening to our wants and needs. If we wanted to see a house she did not hesitate she got us in right away and had knowledge about the home before we went to look at it. Her character is amazing she always put us to ease didn’t make us feel rushed, but also told us where other buyers and sellers stood on time sensitive subjects. Kalyn is truly amazing at her job! My husband and I are extremely grateful to have had her as our realtor.

From the time I put my house on the market it took only 5 weeks.. Kalyn is the best she was on top of things her partner. Kaitlyn came out to the house and gave me pointers on how to stage my house… Kalyn has a strong knowledge of the market was able to price my house accordingly anytime I had a question she was there for me. Kalyn worked with my husband and I for about a year. Our budget was not very big but Kalyn never made us feel ashamed by that. She was so patient with us going to over 30+ houses. We never felt like we were bothering her. She was very supportive. Also, she was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of things that we would’ve never noticed.
