Great people who are trustworthy and thorough. We had a great experience and couldn’t have asked for better realtors. They made buying a home easy.

It was very nice working with Doug. He always kept us up to date and sent us informational emails which were really helpful. Very professional and walked us through every step of the process. The house was on the market for six days and we already had a contract on it. And we closed on the house on Dec. 8, 2025. That is impressive. Thank you very much, Doug.

great job very professional took less than a month from start to finish

The Amlin team did what I thought would be impossible. After months of my house on the market with virtually no action, I consulted with them. They gave me good, honest advice with options I had not previously been given. Within a week of placing the home on the market I had a good, solid offer that eventually went through, and the house was sold. I was hoping to just sell the house, willing to break even. I did more than break even and I have only the Amlin team to thank. A very stressful, frustrating situation for me turned into a blessing after contacting the Amlin team. They know what they are doing. No regrets!

The Amazon team is very experienced and has great local knowledge. As to what the market will bear. they recommended. The precise price point to maximize our sale and yet have it. Off the market as quick as possible. in addition, they were quick to resolve any issues that we needed on the property to list the house and to ultimately close. excellent communication every step of the way.
