From the start to the finish Boyd was always professional, on time, didn't waste my time. Kept on top of the market, kept us informed and was willing to help out when needed. Boyd listed and sold our home, was honest with us, it took a couple months but we knew we had a couple issues where we would need a buyer who could live without a garage and would be ok with a one bathroom. I highly recommend Boyd and thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
