From the time I put my house on the market it took only 5 weeks.. Kalyn is the best she was on top of things her partner. Kalyn worked with my husband and I for about a year. Our budget was not very big but Kalyn never made us feel ashamed by that. She was so patient with us going to over 30+ houses. Being an out of state buyer, Kalyn is amazing when it comes to communication and knowledge of the market. She knows all things regarding real estate, referrals and contact information for inspections, contractors and anyone else needed to get a home bought and sold. I couldn't imagine trying to make such a large purchase with anyone else. Although my new home closed a few weeks ago she is still offering her knowledge and contacts to help with my move in.
