Justin went above and beyond in supporting my concerns, needs, and respected my wishes during the entire sale. His expertise was a guiding force but he let me know that I was always in charge. Justin has so many talents in his background, that he helped with the clearing of furniture, cleaning of the house, carpet pick-up to show floors, etc. He was a hands on person during the entire sale and we couldn't have tackled this without him. The house had been lived in for over 70 years and I felt relieved with him handling so many details as I live several hours away. His knowledge of who to contact to make the cleaning of the house easier was amazing. The communication during this sale is what I appreciated the most. I wanted to be there for every detail but I had confidence that Justin would be there in my place. His attention to detail is professional and so comforting when selling a family home. This process became enjoyable instead of problematic. I acquired a friend in the process!

Justin has such intimate knowledge of every aspect of homebuying whether move in ready or helping you with a vision for the possibilities for fixer uppers as well. He helped me spot the bad opportunities (ie cracked foundations, poor location, poor construction) and keep looking. Timing is everything and he is on top of the new listings each day. We bought our house in the summer of 2015 in what can only be described as a seller's market. After getting our house, we can confidently say that Justin is a closer - he works hard to the very end to close a deal. Because of the tough market, we considered different cities and neighborhoods, including Burbank, Eagle Rock, Valley Village, and Pasadena. Justin was very patient while we explored our options. He also suggested areas we had not contemplated. Our escrow period was difficult due to the seller's unexpected emergency which made her unavailable for a few weeks. We didn't know whether the deal would go through. However, Justin worked diligently with the seller's broker to resolve some outstanding issues and kept us updated on a regular basis. Even after we got the house, Justin dealt with loose ends. Justin is generous in sharing his knowledge. It was easy to bounce off renovation ideas with him. His perspective is especially beneficial because he has a sense of what renovation ideas will likely increase the value of a house. Thanks to Justin, we think we may have the house in which we'd like to retire.

I cannot say enough nice things about Justin Bonney or the service I received from him. From his initial consultation (where he stopped me from doing extra work to my house prior to selling, advising me not to), helping me set the price, being a masterful negotiator with the buyer, to helping me with inspection repairs, preparing for Open House and walk throughs, and following up with the seller when I moved out to town and was unable to. Justin has keen eye for knowing what will sell, and finding that sweet spot for setting the price. I was prepared to have my house on the market for a few months----but Justin sold it to the very first people who saw it, and sold it well above asking price in a smooth, all cash sale! He was there for me every single day and constantly surprised me with how far he would go the extra mile. Plus, Justin is a friendly, knowledgeable person to deal with, and I now call him a friend.
