Very friendly and indefatigable, Justin was able to find a buyer and began the escrow within a week or two. Very little stress during this process that involved a split of proceeds and dual approval needed every step of the process. Glad I found him. I will recommend to all family and friends. The other person on the title insisted on having her own agent/representative and Justin was happy to work just as hard (actually harder) even if it meant splitting commission. Wow!
