Highly recommend, we had a great experience!! We contacted Justin after seeing his reviews on Zillow in early June 2020, viewed a few properties in Lake Balboa that Friday, found the one we loved and put an offer in that weekend, and closed by the end of July. Although we probably weren’t spending as much as some of his other clients, Justin really took the time to carefully explain and teach us about the process. It was our first home buying experience and Justin helped us buy the home that was right for us, and he went above and beyond to surprise with some minor bathroom repairs before we moved in.

Justin is the best! He made buying a house in an intense market (LA + Covid) seem smooth and easy. We would not be in our home now if we hadn’t worked with him! In a seller’s market - you need someone on your side to be aggressive and get your offer accepted - that’s Justin (plus a great sense of humor). Justin followed through on every promise from the first meeting to even after our move in by helping with contractors. He’s a great communicator and has an insane knowledge of the Valley and surrounding areas. Justin is an awesome agent. He has a deeper knowledge as a listing agent. Unfortunately, we needed to switch the agent from the previous guy to Justin. We really struggled and suffered to do everything with the previous guy. But after switching the agent to Justin, everything was smooth and comfortable.
