It was extremely helpful to have a review of the processes when I was calm and not focused on "this place I have to have." Justin took the time to get to know me, so he could show me the most appropriate places to suit my needs. As with any home purchase, there were some small setbacks. Justin handled these with grace and would periodically update me, even if there was no information at the time but to let me know we were "still waiting to hear."
