I wanted a highly knowledgeable, responsive, approachable person that would be able to break down a marketing plan for the sale of my house and I found him in Justin. Very friendly and indefatigable, Justin was able to find a buyer and began the escrow within a week or two. Very little stress during this process that involved a split of proceeds and dual approval needed every step of the process. Glad I found him. I will recommend to all family and friends. The other person on the title insisted on having her own agent/representative and Justin was happy to work just as hard (actually harder) even if it meant splitting commission. Wow! What a great attitude he had. Justin was always a phonecall, text, email away from me. Very responsive to my trials and tribulations, momments of doubt, questions (no matter how trivial) and was very reassuring about how I was going to get the best price for my 22 yr family home. And I certainly did get the best offer. He also had multiple people on his team that worked just as hard as him. Overall, a great smart human being. Can't say enough about him... I had heard how difficult and exhausting selling a house could be. But I did not find that to be the case because agent Justin was the best out there. Justin was introduced to us through a neighbor and mutual friend across the street from us in Lake Balboa. Justin had helped our neighbor buy their home a year before we moved in. When it came to real estate, Justin was our first choice after becoming friends and watching his business over the years. He really cares about his clients and delivering results. Fast forward a few years and we found ourselves in love with a new construction home in Simi Valley this summer. The builder was reluctant to sell it to us. We called Justin, he educated the builders on the market since the comparable sales prices they had were not in line with what we believed we could sell for. I wish I could post a video to show my excitement about working with Justin! He is AWESOME! My spouse and were not expecting to move or leave Lake Balboa, but we both got new jobs out-of-state and we had to list our home and move fast. We saw Justin's advertisements in the mail and he was driving by handing out ice cream out the back of his truck one hot Saturday afternoon. I knew he would be a hard worker and in our corner and boy did he deliver! Justin helped us decide on what we needed to do to get the home ready for pictures so we could list the property. Within one week, we had the professional pictures, we were listed and ready. We listed on a Wednesday, we had two open open-houses that weekend and we were looking at multiple offers well over the asking price in about two or three days. AWESOME! Justin and his team were in constant communications with us, he provided moving boxes and he closed the deal in a few weeks. All within our three week window we had to move two states away. Justin even helped when I messed up one wall with the wrong color of paint in the living room. He and a painter took care of it instantly as we drove away.
