It was by sheer luck that I happened to connect with Tripp. We had a realtor that we’d worked with on other homes but having never tried to sell on the higher end of the market we were curious if Tripp’s experience might be more beneficial. We found Tripp almost by accident. We had just arrived in Savannah, knew we wanted to live in Southbridge, and called Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty. Tripp was the first person I spoke to, and we never felt the need to speak to anyone else. From the outset, he listened carefully to what we wanted. Being on the golf course, specifically the front nine, was non-negotiable for us, as was finding a house of the right size. He showed us several properties, never pushed us toward something that wasn't right, and patiently worked with us until we found the house we wanted. What really sets Tripp apart is how well he knows Southbridge. He knows the houses, the market, the prices, and, just as important, many of the people who live here. That local knowledge was incredibly helpful. Buying our house was not simple. The negotiations got complicated, another buyer got the house first, and then we had another chance. Tripp stayed on top of everything. Once we were under contract, he kept things moving and made sure we got through due diligence, inspections, contractors, repairs, a roof replacement, and finally closing. He was always quick to respond and honestly, I would rate him a 10 out of 10. We can also be fairly demanding buyers. Tripp handled that extremely well. He was patient and calm, but importantly, he wasn't afraid to gently challenge me when he thought it was necessary. I appreciated that. Most importantly, Tripp is simply a first-class human being. He is generous with his time, dependable, and genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for his clients. Would I recommend him? Absolutely.
