Tripp was both our listing agent and our selling agent. This was by far the smoothest sale we have ever experienced. The listing video and photos were professionally filmed. We always got 24 hours notice for a showing and feedback afterward. All paperwork for inspections and closing documents were expertly prepared and coordinated requiring little effort from us.
