This was our first home purchase and Tripp made the process really smooth. He was extremely responsive and always got back to us within a couple hours (regardless of the time of day). If we ever buy another house in the Savannah/Richmond Hill area, he’s going to be our go to guy. Highly recommend!!!
We were hoping to relocate to the Savannah area but the Realstate market is challenging. Our friends had used other agents and did not have great reviews. I was lucky enough to get ahold of Tripp and boy were we lucky. We had a better than expected rapport. Excellent communication via text/call. He set us up with notifications to our email with properties with our criteria. We would have the properties lined up on our short trips to the city ( we made 2 only). The property that we wanted had an offer just a few hours before. However Tripp encouraged us to apply with a backup offer while we searched for others. He kept us in the loop and sure enough that prior offer fell through and we were next in line. Now we have closed on that property. All in all a great experience! By the way we have a 2yr old and Tripp and his wife helped us ‘nanny’ our son while we looked at our property. And he has been very helpful w needed contractors you can trust. If we are in the market we will ask Tripp for advice next time around without a doubt. Highly recommend !!

I’ve known Tripp for many years and always thought of him as a good guy and wonderful father. It wasn’t until we were considering selling our home in Southbridge, that we decided to list with him. What a Fantastic decision that was!! From the initial meeting, Tripp explained everything in clear, concise and honest terms. He brought to this initial meeting an extensive list of comparable sales in our neighborhood. We talked candidly about the house, the current market conditions and how to proceed should we use him. We decided, on the spot, to sign the listing agreement and move forward. The rest of this review is in no way, intended to take anything away from the agents we have used in the past. Those agents were chosen, based on the property, location and conditions at the time. Tripp started out on “day one” lining up video and photography; laying out a marketing plan; writing a detailed story and description for the property; etc. And each of those aspects were handled timely, professionally, honestly and friendly. Not only did everything get completed expertly, we enjoyed the process with Tripp! Every time we had a question, he responded accurately and immediately. He told us that he had a family vacation that had been planned well in advance of our listing BUT, would have his phone with him and would be responsive to any calls! I’m sorry to say that we did interrupt his vacation 🤷♂️. But for good reason. Our house went under contract within a week!! Then, Tripp helped us navigate the twists and turns of compliance of all the terms on a timely basis. And, he worked with us and the buyers agent in a friendly and professional manner. In the end, the house closed on-time and we walked away with a great friend in Tripp and the couple who purchased our home. It’s not possible to accurately express how much we would recommend using Tripp for any real estate transactions.
