This was an estate sale, and we are three states (7 hours, 400 miles) away. Joy had given such good service to others that she was recommended to me. She planned and managed a few subcontractors to complete essential tasks to list the property, and completed the process in the time promised and kept everything very professional. When it came time to list, Joy assisted me about listing details. Without any of my direct involvement, the property closed as expected. I never felt awkward or doubtful.
